Shaw Builder + Multifamily and Philadelphia Commercial Receipt Requirements

Receipts for Shaw B+MF and Philadelphia Commercial products can qualify for spending rebates.

Receipt Option 1: Receipts from Dealers

When you purchase Shaw B+MF or Philadelphia Commercial flooring from dealers, you can submit the receipt to Backpack to qualify for spending rebates. The receipts from your dealers must include the following items to qualify for spending rebates.

  • An itemized list of qualifying materials and their costs.
  • A six-digit Shaw order number. The order number can be found by your dealer on their invoice from Shaw or Philadelphia.

Receipt Option 2: Flooring Tracking Template for Multi-family Housing

If you're tracking the installation of your Shaw B+MF flooring in a spreadsheet for your multi-family building, you can submit this to Backpack to qualify for spending rebates. The spreadsheet must include the following information to qualify for spending rebates.

  • Shaw product type (carpet, sheet vinyl, or vinyl plank)
  • Shaw product style number
  • Shaw product name
  • Flooring subcontractor
  • Square feet or yards installed
