Backpack Notifications

What are Notifications?

Notifications are automatic emails that are sent from the Backpack software to subscribed users.  Notifications are controlled in the Users Settings tab under "Email Notification Subscriptions." 

What notifications are available in Backpack? 

• Utility Bill Summary - We’ll send you a summary of new utility bills when they become available at your properties.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to notifications?

Subscriptions are controlled in the User Settings tab. To Navigate to the User Settings tab:

1. Login to Backpack
2. Click the User logo in the top right
3. Select "Settings"
4. Locate the "Email Notification Subscription" section
5. Toggle on/off the desired notifications
