Overview Page Terms Explained

• Building Name - The name of the Building, not the name of the company or ownership.
• Upload a Photo - A high-quality photo of your building to represent it in the Backpack. A photo resolution of 70-150dpi is recommended. 
• Address - The physical address for the building.
  • Format ex. 123 Main Street, Austin, TX, 78704
• Gross Sq. Footage - The gross square footage of the building.
• Rentable Sq. Footage - The rentable square footage of the building.
• Legal Name  - This legal entity for the building.
  • Format ex. 1234 Main Street, LLC
• Property Type - The primary use of the building by square feet. You can find a complete list of property types in the drop-down menu.
• Year Constructed - The year the building was complete.
• Ownership - Use this section to list each owner in the building and the associated percentage of ownership. For example:
  • 123 Main, LLC - 50%
  • Thompson Family Trust - 25%
  • Joe Smith Real Estate, LLC - 25%
