Welcome to your centralized hub for all things related to vendors! Backpack's Vendor Management tool empowers users with a Vendor List that is easy to update, share, and download. Stay on top of ever changing contacts, easily bring new vendors onboard, all while having the list accessible to Backpack users associated with the building.
View the Vendor List for a Building
- Login to Backpack and open a building
- Once the building is open the navigation bar on the left will display. Click on OVERVIEW if it's not already expanded.
- Click VENDOR LIST under Overview.
Add a Vendor
STEP 1:
- Click +ADD VENDOR button at the top left of the vendor page
- Fill out the fields in the pop-up, selecting the most appropriate category for "vendor type." Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Click DONE to save!
💡 No more spreadsheets to track vendors! All users of the software can view & utilize this handy vendor list!
