Accessing your Profile in Backpack

1. Locate your name & icon in the top right of the Backpack software 

2. Click on your name & select the green "SETTINGS" button

3. This will take you to the Settings page where there are three possible tabs depending on your level of access:

   1. My Profile - you personal details, password, and subscription settings
   2. Users - A list of users in the software & the ability to add/edit users (admin only) 
   3. Accounts & Buildings - buildings you have access to (only admins can change building access)

Updating your Information in Backpack

On this page you can update:

• Update Name, Email & Phone Number, click the green "SUBMIT" button to save changes

• Create a new password by entering the new password & clicking the green "SAVE CHANGES" button
• View your Permission Level, changes to permissions are made by account Admins, if you are unsure who to contact about a change in your permissions reach out to Backpack Support.
• Subscribe to available Notifications by toggling on/off the button to the right of each notification.  Learn more about Notifications in Backpack in this great article: Backpack Notifications
